Training

Still getting over being sick, combined with minimal sleep with work on the new house, meant training was going to be pretty mediocre.

Military Press - 60x5, 75x5, 90x3, 100x5, 120x5, 135x12
Neutral-grip Chinups - 5, 5, 10
