Pullups - 36 (12x3) in 15 minutes  - fewer than last time. Ugh.
T-bar row - 2 minutes between sets - 90 - 25, 15, 12
A. Trap bar shrugs - 200 - 4x25
B. Cambered bar curls - 60 - 4x12
