Solid session. A little sluggish, but otherwise fine.

Barbell Inverted Row w/ feet elevated - 17, 16
Bench - 165 - 3x6
Circuit - 4x10 each:
Band Flyes
Band Curls
Diamond Pushups
Barbell Shrugs
DB forearm curls & reverse curls
Band lateral raises
