A. Weighted chinups - 3x5 - +40 lbs
B. Front squat grip reverse lunges - 3x6/leg - 95
A. Power jerk - worked up to 205x5
B. Back extensions - 3x20
Didn't feel like training, so kept it lighter. Haven't jerked for reps (insert joke here) in ages. By the last few reps, it was getting a bit ugly.
