Training 6/23/15

Been a loooooong time since I posted.

Power snatch from hang - worked up to 205x1, then dropped to 155 for 6 or 7 doubles
Pause squat - 225x6,5,4,3

Snatches felt much better than last week. Was doing too much thinking though. Just need more reps.
