Squat - 295x10. Ugly as shit, but I got it
A. Calf raises - 205 - 3x10
B. Ab wheel - 3x10
A. KB swings - 5x10
B. 4 way neck - 2x12 each direction
I do feel like the neck is getting at least a little bigger. Still a pencil neck, but a slightly larger pencil.
