Training as been a shitshow lately, particularly as it relates to actually getting sessions in. Running has been very sporadic lately; really have to get that back up.
Squat - worked up to 305x2, then 2x6 @225
Deadlift - worked up to 365x2, then 3x4 @295
Front squat - 4x5 @195
RDL - 4x5 @235
