Training went really well - I think the deload was exactly what was needed. Sprints felt good, the snatches felt really snappy, and the squats and presses felt relatively easy.
Thorough warm-up
Sprints - 8x10 yards
Snatch - 165 - 4x2
Squat - 235 - 2x5
Military - 135 - 2x5
Ab wheel - 1x10
Roll & stretch
