Training Update
Obviously I haven't been keeping up with this, but here was yesterday's training:
Deadlift - work up to 5 singles at 315
Bench (feet on bench) - work up to 3 singles at 245
DB Bench Press - 95s x20
Bent-over rows - 5x10 @ 115
